We begin with a visual journey and set an intention. As we reflect upon our intention we transform the paper by using our fingertips to create images and symbols that represent what we are thinking and feeling.

Honor what you feel by drawing it. There is no right or wrong. It is about the process not the product. You will create a series of drawings. Place your drawings in order. Each drawing is part of your story. Journaling is the last step in creating your story and finding solutions.

This transformative process will guide you as you reflect on achieving success in your personal and professional life.
